Jewellery design and manufacturing industry have undergone a revolutionary transformation during the last 5-10 years. Now jewellers can use these technologies to craft elegant designs which were not possible using the traditional methods.

Most companies are still not able to switch to these new technologies because these technologies required new technical expertise such as computer-aided jewellery design and need modern types of equipment such as high-resolution 3D printers. We have invested our time and money to acquire and master these modern design and manufacturing technologies.

We use CAD/CAM technology to design beautiful original designs and get them cast using 3D printing technology. Then, we use manual labour to set the stones, polishing, and finishing. This enables us to achieve the finest quality in our products in short manufacturing time.

3. Green, Fair traded, and Conflict Free Gemstones

We source our gemstones from gem mines in Sri Lanka. Most of the gemstones are mined in small scale shallow mining and manual dredging techniques. Sri Lanka has banned the use of heavy earth moving equipment and mechanised methods for gem mining.

A vast majority of the mining is still carried out using traditional methods using manual labour. This practice is helping to keep the environmental impacts minimum and also has created thousands of jobs. Thus everybody is getting a fair share of the trade.

There are no institutionalized mining operations in Sri Lanka. Miners are operating as small groups. Every single miner gets his fair share of the output of the mine.
