This elegant piece of jewellery is made with sterling silver and a Genuine Natural Blue Topaz gemstone in the centre. Outer gemstones are created cubic zirconia crystals.

The azure blue colour oval-shaped topaz gemstone is firmly mounted to the base using four prongs. Cubic zirconia crystals surrounding the centre gem are mounted using a gorgeous pave setting.
