Return policy for ready made products.

We offer 30 days 'No Questions Asked' return for all ready-made jewellery items if the item is returned in its original condition. (If we adjust the size of a ready-made ring to suit the customer, it is still considered a ready-made item) You acknowledge that all the shipping charges should be paid by you and if the selling price of the item is over 200 Australian dollars the item required to be insured during the delivery.

The item must not have been worn and the item should be in pristine condition with no damages, scratches, and have no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected before any refund is processed. Determination of an item is in the original condition is at the sole discretion of Brilliyond.

Upon the arrival of the item, the refund will be paid to your credit card or to your Paypal™ account.
